48532 Need 2 Banner Rotators Install

My Site: [login to view URL] I need someone to install TWO Banner Rotators on the site. One will will be at the top, the 2nd one at the bottom. I am not sure exactly where but we can work that out and see where it will look best. The two Banner Rotators will show up on all pages of the website. I need the two Banner Rotators to show me stats. At least - # of impressions, # of Click Thrus. Preferably with - Customer Access to stats, Expiration of Banner option. Hiring programmer will have option to do more projects for me in the near future. Bid will be selected ASAP. Work needs to be done BEFORE September 1st. My priorities: Cost than understanding what I want done. Thank You.
