I do not want a cookie cutter type site like found everywhere and like the ones you find on ebay. I want someone who has done something lisk this already and does not have to do this from scratch. I want sample of work done in the USA and youmust have good feedback on scriptlance to bid on my project. DO NOT RESPOND WITH A "I CAN DO THIS" TYPE OF CANNED RESPONSE. I want attention on this project and want it done exactly the way I need it to function. SEO is a must. My goal is to develope a portal for every state in the USA and have sub portal for cities within each state. You can use whatever style programming and MySQL as long as it is search engine friendly. The network of portals will tree out like this: Main page (listing all states and features of the portal and a search for my city or state function.) Sub-page for each state Sub pages for every city in that state Each state page will be the gateway to the cities: Feature needed for each state and city section of the portal. The state subpage which is a gateay to the cities will have the following features and content for the state plus all ovious content a portal should have: RSS news feed for that state - top news for that state - statistics for that state - population - state bird - state fish - state flower- state mineral - state tree - state song etc... you can find this info on usacitiesonline or search for the data each state and city need intergrted adsense google search that searched the entire site and google, with results pulled up within our domain with our content around it. Each state will have a sitemap fo rthat state. And Each State wil have a few small banner buttons , that say find a realtor find a mortgage broker (I have a database of all the loan officers and realtors by city already on one of my domains I can share with you and show you samples) Each state will list any travel attractions and othe state information you can find. (the site must be clean looking and search engine friendly - I will know if it is not) I want all pages to be spidered eventually) Each state should have a sub domain [login to view URL] Each state main page needs to be keyword driven for that state and all content have the state name tied in to it like state bird : Florida State Bird Each state will have a link that says View Your Local City Guide Online which will take them ti that cities portal: The city portal should have: A chat forum free classified ads free to post resume paid employment ads (job script) City statistic like the staet pages have City attractions Links to important city and gov websites like powercompanies and water/sewer - trash pick up - cable company, local and state gov directory for each city basically. guides for travel - flowers - yellow pages white pages restraunts realtors mortgages moving attorneys doctors rommate service include from roomateservice I want all teh features and info and basically the same style set-up at areaguides (dotnet) My main goal is to get people to go there and get good PR on google and include my mortgage guite network in to the site. To generate calls of people looking for a mortgage quote the city guide wil also make me money from affiliate banners, pade city ads etc.. I want an email list ofr each city - where they can subscribe to the city email list -or state email list actually. I want to grab names and emails and know which city thaey are in so when we go to do email marketing in my admin panel I want made I can select to send an email to the entire state or by city.
