I require very quickly a holiday rental site where users can view properties on rent for their holiday. I need my website to be based around a clone of the following:

1. I require DAILY COMMUNICATION in this project by email and MSN. This is a very important requirement.
2. You MUST have experience of creating database driven websites with control panels. You MUST also have examples of your work.
3. The maximum fee for this project with design and development is $300 and ONLY 10% will be paid at the start of the project. Please dont bid above this amount. The rest of the amount will be paid in stages through development and a final payment on successful completion and functionality.
