Joomla component

For a Soccer game coomunity website (on joomla), I am looking for someone to develop a component (for joomla) that would allow users to:

* upload the info of soccer players (see example of Atilano Mel picture) either by copy pasting the original data (for it to be parsed, see original data sample img), or by manually typing the data (see example of this site [url removed, login to view])

* list players by their skills (i.e. sort them and then show them ascending/descending based on the individual skill)

* list players by their preferred position (i.e. best goalkeepers, best defenders, midfielders, strikers)

* list 11 best players (i.e. 1 goalie, 5 defenders, 3 midfielders, 2 strikers)

* do the above listings with filters (such as country, age)

* allow user to mark his player "for sale" or "not for sale", and if for sale, allow other users to make a bid on him (which will be attached to the player info, and send a message to the owner with the bid)
