PENNY AUCTION DEVELOPER AND MARKETING Hello, I am looking for a company or freelancer that has experience in building a cost effective PENNY AUCTION SITE. Preferably a company / freelancer that has access to a previously made software script and support programing. Site should resemble [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] have all the same capabilites merchant account, pay per bid, buy bids, be colorful, clean, userfriendly, and above all fast and not bogged down. In addition a new website means nothing with out traffic. Experienced marketers are welcome to repond as well I we be looking for a freelancer that knows how to swiftly and effeciently bring traffict to our site and open for negotionations as to a fair payment method / commission.
