traffic purchase and redirect

The basic function of the website must be as follows:- 1. To buy the traffic from domain names and pay for that traffic through paypal. 2. The customer must first change the name servers for their domain names to point to the server of our website. 3. The customer will then make an account with the website entering all relevent information. 4. Once opened the customer can then import the domains for which they want to sell the traffic. 5. An automatic email will then be generated and sent to admin (me) to approve the domains imported. 6. Admin will then either aprove or decline the domain entered if declined an automatic email will be sent to the customer to inform them. 7. If excepted admin will have to make some settings for each of the domains imported:- a. a url must be entred for where the traffic is to be redirected to b. traffic will only be payed for if it is generated from certain countrys, so there must be a tick box for which countrys traffic will be payed for. c. the price per click that will be payed for traffic In american cents. 8. The customer will then have a page to view there progress on this screen, accessable by loging in to there account, they will see the following information:- a. a list of all there domain names b. the total traffic generated broken down into the countrys where the traffic has come from c. the total ammount of traffic that will be payed for d. the revenue generated by that domain name, yesturday, last week, last month. e. the above information will be entered in table format with the totals for all domain names desplayed at the bottom of the table. 8. Payments will be automatically generated every 2 weeks and sent to the customers paypal account.
