Here’s the truth nobody tells you: Tracking expenses doesn’t fix spending. It just shows you the damage… after it’s done. Solution - Instead, do this: Create friction before you spend. One simple rule: If it’s not planned… you wait 24 hours. That’s it. No tracking. No apps. Just pause. Why it works: Because most bad spending is impulsive. And impulse dies with time. Ending: You don’t need more awareness. You need more control. Stop tracking every rupee. Start controlling every decision. That’s what actually works.
