scrolling headline text

I need some type of solution for scrolling text. It will be a box (table) on a webpage that will have auto scrolling News Headlines...Like a Marquee....rotating through the box. The headlines will slowly scroll from top to bottom so you can see about three headlines at a time then automatically and slowly scroll away down toward the bottom and start over again. Then when you click on the headlines, they launch a new window to read the whole news article. I need something like this as Java Script or something? I need the ability to add new News Articles to a DataBase and then when they are added they will automatically show up in the scrolling headline text box with the rest of them so it is visible on the webpage.
