155859 SEO Expert: Link Building

I'm looking for an expert SEO link builder that will get us large numbers of high quality of natural links. I'm not requiring anything along lines ofI DO NOT need: Link Directory Submissions Link Farm Submissions Article Submissions What I'm requiring is: Natural Blog Comments (no spammy ones, they must fit in with the context of the conversation) Natural Forum Posts (same as above) Social Network links (with good PR/link authority/ with a new account for each link) Stumple upon (same as above) All work must be manually done by you and not automated through software. This means you will need to be fluent in written english. The link can't look like a spam link. No more than 1 link from any one site (except of course for social networking/stumbleupon links and only one link from each account). I'd prefer to have links on sites with pr4 or higher.
