Individual for manual link submission

I need someone to Manually do the following submissions for websites on a regular basis, so you need to be knowledgeable of seo/linkbuilding and have excellent English These will be manual submissions that you can verify and ensure have been accepted I want quality not quantity Each campaign will comprise of 250 links submissions as per attached format (I will supply the article etc) I need you to quote for one campaign as per the list attached, there will be ongoing campaigns so it is long term work for someone who is sensible, has excellent english and knows what manual submissions involves You need to be on skype Dont forget, assess what time this will take for each campaign and quote for one campaign with possibly 20 more to follow, so plenty of work Thanks
