155810 Link Building -one way links

We require 50 links to our site from related pages with Google PR3+ (at least 15 pages giving links must be PR4 and at least 10 links must have PR5+). I will provide anchor text and link targets to be used. I have the following requirements: Links must be permanent, free, one way/non-reciprocal and static. No Web/Links Directories or article sites. No FFA, guest books, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links farms, no link exchanges programs etc, nor any commercial web rings. This is a family site so no links from bad neighbourhoods (porn or other offensive websites) Websites should be in English. Link must not reside on a page with more than 20 outbound links. Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script. Links should not be on Flash sites or pages. Links should not be from framed pages. Link page must be search engine friendly, no redirects, cloaking, etc. Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag. All links must be from a different domain and IP address (class c block). Linked sites must not be under construction. I will require details of the links, ie the URL, IP Address and page rank for each link. Payment will be made when I have verified the URL, PR and IP address of all 50 links and any invalid links replaced.
