Relatively new (less than one year) vacation rental website needs help getting highly ranked in the major search engines, particularly in Google, for key search phrases. I am not an expert -- you are -- but I would prefer to use 100% purely natural search engine submission and have a goal of at least 2500 targeted unique visitors per day min. NO keyword spamming, link farms, paid links, etc., that would get us banned or penalized. General Services Requested: Search Engine Submission Meta tags Keyword research and optimization Description if needed Review and Suggested Edits to Site if needed Reporting 2500+ unique visitors daily Link Campaign Goals: additon of 100+ one-way targeted permanent backlinks with the following criteria: - No "resources" or "links" anywhere in the URL of the page. - Must be quality links (no link Farms, FFA's, guest books, web rings or paid sites, gambling , porn, adult material or warez sites) - MIN 20% must be PR4+. Max 20% on PR3. - Must use anchored text of our choice. - All links must be placed within 30 days. - No automated submissions, must be manually submitted. - No dynamically generated links, must be permanent static links. - One link per site (IP C-class). No duplicate links on any web site - No more than 25 out going links on the page on which we will appear. - Page link can be found must be able to be indexed by search engines, not redirects, or disallowed. - Link pages must be cached by Google for at least 3 months Please give me your recommendations for success, proposals, and costs. If you have separate prices for various elements of the scope of work, please break out accordingly in case overall costs prohibit doing everything recommended.
