Job Description for Digital Media Analyst – SEM
We are a Melbourne based digital agency who specialise in CX, digital media, content and creative marketing for the B2B sector. We develop strategy, activate, operate and optimise customer lifecycle programs for our clients.
We are in search of a team mate to be with us on a part time role as a Digital Media Analyst specialising in search engine optimization and marketing (PPC/Display Advertising/Remarketing). The ideal person would be someone who loves Microsoft excel and working with numbers to bring the best results for our growing clientele.
Media planning & onboarding: Research and develop strategy and media plans for clients; identify target audience, recommend budgets, ideal media channels and setting up campaigns in Advertising platforms like Adwords.
Campaign management: Monitoring campaigns to ensure the overall health of the campaign meets targeted KPIs and proactively make campaign changes as needed (bid management, keywords and ad changes, landing page A/B testing etc)
Performance management: Understand client search market share and take ownership to deliver optimum conversions and having sound judgement to accomplish conversion goals.
Campaign audit: Ensure campaigns run smoothly on time and within contractual obligations
Analysis: Interpret optimized data to deliver insights and recommendations regarding strategy, budget reallocation, campaign extension to the management & client
Reporting: work with internal teams to timely deliver client desirable reports
3-5 years’ experience in managing Paid search & display media advertising (B2B clients would be desirable but not compulsory)
2 years in a client facing role, with a demonstrated passion for innovation, strategy, thinking outside of the box and establishing positive customer relationships
Ability to diagnose and debug tracking issues in Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Google tag manager
Be up to date with search engine optimization (SEO) strategy
Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results-oriented business environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is highly desirable.
Result oriented: leads conversions, ROAS/ ROI focus would be a plus.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adopt new tools and technics.
