Job Description We are a, Thailand-based real estate firm looking for an experienced freelancer or agency to help us gather genuine, localized Google Reviews from profiles based in the USA, UK, and Europe. The goal is to collect a total of 50+ Google reviews that look completely authentic and reflect the experiences of international property buyers, investors, or expats looking at real estate in Thailand. Scope of Work & Country Breakdown Ideally, we want a single provider who can handle the entire distribution: United States: 15 reviews United Kingdom: 10 reviews Europe (e.g., Germany, France, Nordics, Netherlands, etc.): 25 reviews (approx. 5 reviews per selected country) Language & Content Requirements US & UK Reviews: Written in natural, fluent English. European Reviews: Must be bilingual. The final text must be submitted on Google in both English AND the local language of that country (e.g., German/English, French/English). Tone: Professional, authentic, and positive. They should sound like international property buyers or expats who have interacted with a Thai real estate agency. Length: 2–4 sentences per review (detailed enough to be credible, not generic "good service" one-liners). Strict Technical Requirements (Google Maps Compliant) To prevent Google's filters from removing these reviews, you must adhere to the following rules: Aged & Local Accounts Only: All reviews must come from established Google accounts with local history in the target country. No brand-new, empty profiles. Natural Drip Feed: Reviews must be spread out over several weeks. A sudden spike will trigger Google’s spam filters. Unique Residential IPs: Reviews must come from separate residential IPs and distinct device fingerprints matching the target country ALTERNATIVE BIDDING OPTION (Single-Country Quotes) If you do not have a network spanning all three regions, you can still bid! We accept standalone quotes for your country of operation only. If you are only able to provide authentic reviews from one specific region (e.g., just the US, just the UK, or just Germany), please clearly state this in your application.
