Long-Term Sales & Business Development Partner

Software Projects | Commission / Revenue Sharing | Startup Opportunity We are a software development startup looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Partner to build a long-term business relationship with us. We are specifically looking for professionals who can bring software development projects from clients in: Singapore UAE USA Australia Important – Please Read Before Applying This is NOT a salaried position and there is NO upfront payment, fixed salary, or monthly payment. This opportunity is based on project-based commission/revenue sharing. We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term business relationship, not a short-term freelance assignment. Minimum Experience Required You should have at least 5 years of proven experience in: Software sales Business development B2B sales Lead generation Client acquisition International sales IT/software services sales Building relationships with business clients Candidates with less than 5 years of relevant experience are not preferred. Your Responsibility Your primary responsibility will be to: Identify potential clients Generate qualified software project leads Contact decision-makers Understand the client's business requirements Introduce our software development services Coordinate initial discussions Help convert qualified leads into projects Maintain professional relationships with clients You will focus primarily on sales and business development. Our Responsibility I will handle the complete technical side, including: Software architecture Requirement analysis Development Backend/API development Database development Web applications Mobile applications Integration Testing Deployment Technical support related to the project In simple terms: You bring the client → We build the software → Both benefit from the project. Projects We Are Interested In We are particularly interested in custom software projects such as: Healthcare Management Systems Hospital / Clinic Management Systems POS Systems Banking & Financial Applications Payment & Transaction Systems ERP Systems CRM Systems Business Management Systems Enterprise Applications Web Applications Mobile Applications API / Backend Systems Automation Solutions Industry-specific custom software We are open to other serious custom software requirements as well. Revenue Sharing For every successfully acquired project: 75% – Development / Technical Side 25% – Sales & Business Development Partner Example: For a $10,000 project: Development: $7,500 Sales Partner: $2,500 The sales partner's share is one-time for that project. Payment Condition There is no upfront payment to the sales partner. The 25% commission/revenue share will be paid only after we receive the corresponding payment from the client. If the client pays in milestones, the sales partner's share can be paid proportionally based on the amount actually received from the client. Long-Term Partnership Our objective is not to work with someone for just one project. We are looking for a reliable person who wants to build a long-term business relationship. If you can consistently bring quality software projects, there is an opportunity to work together on multiple projects over the long term. We are starting as a startup and want to build a strong partnership where: Sales Partner + Development Team = Long-Term Business Growth Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has 5+ years of sales/business development experience Has experience selling IT/software services Has international client experience Has strong communication and negotiation skills Can independently generate leads Has an existing business network or client contacts Understands B2B software sales Can communicate professionally with clients Is serious about a long-term partnership Is comfortable with a commission/revenue-sharing model Is focused on bringing genuine software projects rather than low-quality leads Experience or strong networks in Singapore, UAE, USA or Australia are highly preferred. No Upfront Payment – Performance Based To be completely transparent: No salary No hourly payment No joining fee No upfront payment The earning opportunity comes from successfully bringing software projects. If there is no project/payment received from a client, there is no commission. If you bring a successful project, you receive 25% according to the agreed revenue-sharing arrangement.
