We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable SEO freelancer to assist us with onsite SEO optimization and resolve various issues related to Google Search Console for our website FekraTee.com. The website is hosted on Shopify, and we are looking to improve our speed score as well as address indexing issues.
Responsibilities:
Improve Speed Score: Our current speed score on Shopify is 58, and we need the freelancer to analyze the website and implement necessary optimizations to improve its speed. This includes optimizing images, minimizing code, leveraging browser caching, and any other recommended techniques to enhance page load times.
Google Search Console Issues:
a. Alternate Pages with Proper Canonical Tags: We have 1536 pages that failed due to alternate pages with improper canonical tags. The freelancer should identify the underlying cause of this issue and implement proper canonical tags to ensure correct indexing by search engines.
b. Excluded by 'noindex' Tags: We have 81 pages that are excluded from indexing due to 'noindex' tags. The freelancer should investigate why these tags are present and make necessary adjustments to ensure these pages can be indexed and appear in search results.
c. Blocked by [login to view URL]: We have 18 pages that are blocked by the [login to view URL] file. The freelancer should review the [login to view URL] configuration and remove any unnecessary restrictions to allow search engines to crawl and index these pages.
d. Crawled but Currently Not Indexed: We have 668 pages that have been crawled but are not currently indexed. The freelancer should examine the possible reasons for this issue and implement appropriate measures to ensure these pages get indexed by search engines.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of onsite SEO optimization techniques.
Experience with Shopify and familiarity with its platform and limitations.
Expertise in working with Google Search Console and resolving indexing-related issues.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement necessary changes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
