SEO Tasks for growing agency.

As our agency grows and takes on more SEO clients we are now in need of some assistance in managing our SEO workload.
We are looking for someone on a consistent and long term basis. This will start off as a part time role and as time goes on more than likely lead to full time for the right applicant.
What the job will involve:
Monitoring SEO software and updating spreadsheets related to SEO results. Including traffic, conversions and backlinks
Reviewing website audits and providing feedback/recommendations on website errors, on-page optimisations and off-page SEO
Creating monthly SEO reports
Finding backlink opportunities
Performing email outreach
Keyword research
Finding long-tail keywords to target through either a blog post or new service/product page on their website
Recommendations on on-page SEO including content, titles, meta descriptions, conversion rate optimisations.
As time progresses and there will inevitably be more tasks added to this list but this is a good outline of what we will be working on.
