Developing the digital marketing strategy.
Tracking, analysing and optimising digital and social media marketing campaigns and landing pages, as well as monitoring website traffic to improve profile, sales figures and outcomes;
Effectively manage multiple budgets running across Display, Social, Video, Search and other campaigns.
Track analytics, conduct research and present data in a clear manner accordingly.
Ongoing measurement, monitoring, and maximisation of paid search traffic will be vital.
Identify paid marketing channels and optimise or create accounts that will help meet growth targets
Developing and coordinating digital marketing plans to support sales, marketing and business objectives (web, media, SEO, PPC).
Managing digital media budgets and ensuring profitability, customer and digital interaction targets are met.
Managing the production of digital marketing assets, ensuring consistency across various marketing channels.
Creating specific digital marketing campaigns and promotions to generate new customer contacts and additional opportunities for conversion
Self motivated and self starter, does not need to be micromanaged
Have enough experience in managing Paid Ads successfully for B2C eCommerce websites. In particular, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok ads and Google ads.
A data-driven approach and proven ability to track and report on the performance.
A deep understanding and track record of improving ROI across Paid channels
Strong working knowledge of Paid Ads including, Google Ads, Facebook Ads
Have a good understanding of a multi-channel paid advertising approach (fb, instagram, google, and have some insight with pinterest, tiktok and youtube
Understanding of Google analytics and GTM
Understanding of Shopify
Understanding of Klaviyo
Understanding of SEO
Sound copywriting skills
Use Tag Manager to implement platform-specific tracking code
Ability to perform URL tracking optimisation, i.e. UTM codes for more transparent conversion metric reporting
