I need a senior-level ServiceNow professional (5+ years working specifically with HR Service Delivery) to expand and fine-tune our HRSD implementation. The immediate focus is on five core areas that are already licensed but not yet fully leveraged: • Case and Knowledge Management – configure workflows, knowledge bases, and coach marks so employees resolve routine issues without agent involvement. • Employee Service Center – brand and personalize the portal, surface dynamic content, and enable contextual search. • HR Service Delivery – build scalable HR Services, catalog items, and lifecycle events for onboarding, off-boarding, and employee transfers. • Document Templates – create secure, data-driven templates with e-sign triggers and storage rules that comply with regional regulations. • Employee Relations – stand up confidential ER case types, security constraints, and reporting dashboards. Acceptance criteria 1. All above capabilities are live in our lower environment, pass UAT, and are promoted to production via update sets or application repositories. 2. Performance Analytics widgets track case deflection and SLA adherence. 3. Configuration records and custom code (Script Includes, Flow Designer flows, UI Policies) are fully documented in-platform. You will work in an Agile cadence with access to our DEV and TEST instances, Jira board, and dedicated HR product owner. Experience with Scoped Apps, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow ATF is a plus and will be considered when assigning follow-on work.
