I am rolling out ServiceNow SPM and need a developer who can jump straight into Demand Management, Project Management, and Portfolio Management. Some elements are already in place, but I want them fine-tuned and extended, so the job is a blend of configuring what exists and building what is missing. On the configuration side, your task is to review my current setup, align it to best-practice data models, and make sure workflows, forms, and dashboards all play nicely together. For the custom work, I’m looking for new workflows that automate approvals and status transitions, plus a set of reports that give executives real-time insight into demand pipelines and project health. Key deliverables: • Updated configurations for the three SPM modules, fully tested in a sub-prod instance • Custom workflows implemented through Flow Designer (or Scripted Workflows where necessary) • Executive-grade reports and dashboards, ideally leveraging Performance Analytics • Deployment plan and concise documentation so future admins can maintain what you build If you’re comfortable switching between out-of-the-box configuration and scoped-app development, and you have solid experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and the SPM data model, we should be a good fit.
