This subfactor evaluates the Offeror’s approach to managing a SharePoint 2013 for medical government environment. Implement the elements necessary to deliver the requirement. The proposal shall address the offeror’s proficiency in providing automation capability on SharePoint that is made up of the following requirements:

The tasks must route through points of contact to include the 1. Security Manager, 2. Information Assurance Officer and 3. Clinical account administrator. This capability needs to designate action to complete the task for each coordination.
An ability to deviate from template routing and redirect to anyone in the network and allows for resuming the sequential workflow at any point in the sequence
Ability to collate all submitted form’s metadata into a list for reporting on a per field basis and whose fields promotions are manageable by the user
