2007 Sharepoint expert needed

One of our client has problem on their 2007 Sharepoint, when he wants to push a contact list from Sharepoint to Outlook. It always pushes the whole summary view (list) to Outlook includes all the fields that he doesn't need such as Accounting phone etc...
We have created a customized view with the useful ones that the client want, however when we try to push the customized view to Outlook , it always only pushes the whole summary view (list) and the mapping in Outlook is all wrong. Such as Emergency phone number will show as Home phone number in Outlook.
