Job Description:
We are using the Multi-Vendor Marketplace app in our Shopify store to enable sellers to have accounts to manage products and inventory and sell them through our platform. Each seller can set a minimum order value as a restriction for accepting orders.
Currently, when a buyer adds products from a seller to their cart but doesn't meet the minimum order value, they are unable to proceed with the purchase, and an error message is displayed. We would like to improve the way this alert is shown to create a better user experience.
Project requirements:
Customize the Multi-Vendor Marketplace app's cart alert for minimum order value requirements.
Create a clear, informative, and user-friendly alert message that informs the buyer they haven't met the minimum order value for a specific seller.
The alert should display the seller's name, the current cart value for that seller, and the required minimum order value to proceed.
If multiple sellers' products are in the cart and the buyer hasn't met the minimum order value for one or more of them, display separate alerts for each seller.
Ensure the new alert system is compatible with our Shopify theme and works seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices.
Test the implemented solution to ensure it works correctly and doesn't conflict with other functionalities.
