Shopify Custom Design Template Page

Please review the following requirement;
⦁ As shown in the example image, the page should be able to show multiple images in tiles for the various design ideas we will be uploading
⦁ The page should have a side bar navigation for the different categories of the design ideas
⦁ When user clicks on the side bar, different set of images show up for that category
⦁ Administrator should be able to upload images to the shopify site and assign it to various categories.
⦁ For example, if administrator uploads an image for “Sports”, the image should show up in the sports section.
⦁ Categories should be able to be created and deleted as needed
⦁ Administrator should be able to assign hyperlinks to the image as this will be used to integrate to our existing software
⦁ When a user clicks on a design idea, it should go directly to the design software using the hyperlink provided by the administrator. Currently we would just like an option to input a custom hyperlink for each uploaded image.
⦁ The images or categories should not interfere with existing product catalog that exists on the shopify site. However, the uploading and managing of the images and categories should be done in the shopify site.
