Project Overview: Finding a Fill & Finish Manufacturer in China I need a Commercial / Project Management expert. Fluent in Chinese and English to help me find, negotiate and select a Chinese Contract Manufacturer for fill and finish process of a Pharmaceutical drug Objective: We are seeking an expert in commercial activities and project management based in China to assist us in finding a suitable Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) for the sterile fill and finish of our veterinary drug product, Vetafax. The selected company must have the capability to produce a minimum engineering and validation batch required for Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) registration and eventually scale up to full commercial production. Project Requirements: Identify and engage with reputable FDA or TGA-accredited CMOs in China. Ensure the selected manufacturer can handle sterile fill & finish processes (aseptic, not terminal sterilization). Secure a manufacturer that is willing to provide all necessary documentation required by the Australian Animal regulator for approval. Obtain a detailed quote from potential manufacturers covering all cost elements. Overcome communication barriers and ensure responsive engagement from the manufacturer.
