Entiendo exactamente lo que necesitas: que despues de elegir Producto y Topico, el cuestionario de 11+ preguntas abiertas aparezca solo, sin que nadie tenga que gatillarlo, y que cada respuesta caiga en la misma hoja de Google Sheets (una sola pestaña) junto con fecha/hora y el ID de usuario de Slack para trazabilidad. Lo resolveria extendiendo tu Workflow Builder actual e invocando la API de Slack desde una funcion personalizada -Apps Script o un servicio externo tipo Zapier/Make, lo que mejor respete el modelo de seguridad de Slack- para que el hand-off sea instantaneo y no dependa de un paso manual. Te entrego el codigo/fuente usado y notas breves de traspaso para que despues puedas agregar mas preguntas abiertas tu mismo. Soy nuevo en Freelancer.com asi que aun no tengo historial en la plataforma, pero tengo experiencia real integrando Slack con Google Sheets.
