Job Description:
ETalented is searching for a Digital Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team for a 12-month contract with possibility of being renewed. We are seeking an individual that has a deep understanding of how to connect with social media audiences. The candidate will work directly with the content creators looking to grow their account performance and integrate their social media.
Responsibilities
• Schedule, organize and posts content to optimize sales
• Commenting and setting up your PPV (Pay Per View) content as well as scheduling posts in advance on the platform
• Optimizing account(s) for success, page conversion improvements
• Message and interact with fans on a daily basis
• Managing DMs to maximize content creator success
• Enhance social media engagement with our clients’ personal brands across platforms (Tik Tok, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
This position will allow you:
• Work independently
• Converse with stakeholders at all levels
• Directly drive sales
• Work in sales environment with uncapped salary (based on commissions)
Qualifications
Experience with:
• Generating account growth and strategies employed for that growth
• Proven track record of assisting clients (whether it’s an account, or a singular client) achieve their business goals and strategies employed
• Managing leads and meeting KPIs
• Open minded attitude towards NSFW content
Additional preferred qualifications
Prior experience in OnlyFans (through personal or client-based work) or experience within the adult entertainment industry preferred but not required
Salary will be commission based designed to reward expert sales performance and creativity
