I run Lakshya Now, a career-counseling and college-admission venture built around a vibrant student community. I’m looking for someone who already knows how to keep a large group motivated and, more importantly, turn that energy into actual enrollments for our student portfolio services. Your core playground will be Instagram and our ever-active WhatsApp circles, so you should feel completely at home on both. Day-to-day you’ll craft posts, stories, and quick updates, jump into DMs, spot questions before they snowball, and keep conversations moving toward one clear outcome: more students signing up. Because our audience is most engaged outside lecture hours, the role is hybrid with plenty of flexibility—but you’ll need to be available on the occasional weekend when we run career-planning webinars or last-minute Q&A sessions. On-ground meet-ups and college fairs pop up too, so event planning savvy will come in handy alongside solid social-media management skills. If you’ve spent at least a year guiding a sizeable community—nudging, persuading, and measuring real conversions—let’s talk. You’ll set monthly enrollment targets with me, design micro-events to hit them, and report back on what worked and what needs tweaking.
