I’m looking for a sharp administrative analyst who can be my second set of eyes on two fronts. First, you’ll take a deep dive into the Facebook pages I have already built, examining everything from page design and layout to content quality, engagement patterns, marketing tactics, and overall creative direction. I’ll share full admin access and current performance data; your job is to translate those numbers and visuals into clear, actionable guidance I can implement right away as well as a longer-term improvement roadmap. The second part of the role moves beyond social media. My agency generates a steady stream of story ideas for our clients, and I need honest, strategic feedback before those concepts go live. You’ll review each idea for narrative strength, brand alignment, and audience appeal, suggesting tweaks that tighten the message and raise engagement potential. Finally, I’d like support in vetting professional applicants. I’ll forward résumés, portfolios, and interview notes; you’ll analyse credentials, spot red flags, and summarise candidate strengths so we can make faster, better hiring decisions. Key deliverables: • Written audit of current Facebook pages with prioritised recommendations • Annotated feedback on each story concept before release • Concise evaluation reports on shortlisted job applicants Comfort with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Insights, and basic HR screening tools will make the hand-off smooth.
