Wanted end result
Video clips to be used for promoting the Timefinder Masterclass on Facebook, Instagram and a future Youtube channel.
The purpose of the video clips is to let both a warm audience and possibly a cold audience want to click on “Learn more about Holistic Time Management” so they can get to landing pages that describe different offers including a free video course, an online masterclass and coaching.
The videos should of course have a suitable length for the above 3 channels.
Audience: Career mums in Europe, 35-50 years old, who want more out of life than they currently think they have time for.
Educational videos and recorded Timefinder Academy webinars.
Work to be done
1. Watch videos included in:
a. Holistic Time Management principles (a mini course)
b. Holistic Time Management masterclass
c. Fill your glass of time online course
d. Recorded Timefinder Academy webinars (15 recordings à 1h)
2. Select parts of the videos to be used as promotion for the Holistic Time Management Masterclass. Send the suggestion to Annika. Example: Video XX, from min Y to min Z. Take optimal lengths for Youtube, Instagram and Facebook into account.
3. After Annika agrees to a suggestion, create video clips with a video editing tool. The video clips should have the following structure:
a. Title image, the selected part of the video and a final image.
b. Title image: Finding time for what matters. Final image: [login to view URL] with a timefinder logo Annika will provide
c. Use Annika Rosendahl’s signature colours and one of the signature fonts.

4. Store the videoclips and inform Annika when they are done
The work can be done from home and at whatever time of day that is suitable for the person doing the work.
Before editing starts, send suggestions to Annika about what parts of a video to use.
Send suggestions for 5 videos in the form “Video XX, from min Y to min Z” to Annika and wait for approval before continuing with another 5 suggestions.
Based on agreed proposals, edit videos. Send the link to Annika after each video before editing the next. After a few video clips have been created and approved we may agree on less frequent checkpoints.
Selecting a person to do the work
To select a person to do this job, I would like to
1. Receive suggestions of what part of two videos can be used for promotional video clips (Video xx, from y to z).
2. Out of a first selection in step 1, receive one edited video clip
3. Know the hourly rate and expected time for each video clip.
