Experienced Influencer/Social Media Marketing person

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing and Social Media person to create programs for a specialty food product launch and promotion across all social media platforms.
Our company is a startup, direct-to-consumer, specialty food company. We have launched our first of many products. We need assistance with outreach and management to relevant Influencers. The ideal person will have proven experience identifying and engaging influencers specific to our space. This person will also have deeply rooted interest in food, cooking, and lifestyle and be able to identify key influencers for both paid and earned opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
. Identify and recruit highly productive Influencers, keeping detailed and updated database on Influencers and outreach status. Initiate and cultivate relationships with key Influencers.
· Scale the earned influence marketing outreach strategy across social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc. (with focus on Instagram for now).
· Spearhead the entire influence campaign management process.
. Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.
· Manage relationships with all applicable influence outreach agencies.
· Structure and implement comprehensive Social Media engagement strategy across IG, FaceBook, YouTube, and Twitter. Build brand awareness, excitement, and desire to purchase.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of work experience in Influence Marketing and social proven experience driving revenue within an organization.
· In-depth knowledge of Social Media Marketing Industry
· Impeccable written and verbal skills
· Outstanding Project Management skills
· Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
· An aptitude for high-level networking ... stay up-to-date on the latest cultural trends and innovations in the social world
· Ability to work REMOTE with excellent team communication
· Appreciation for good food is a must
· Has existing relationships with digital influencers
· Experience in cultivating influence relationships.
· Excellent writing and language skills
· Technical knowledge of social media platforms.
· Creative and innovative thinking; aware of current trends and future technologies and channels.
