Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹500.00 per hour Job description: I run an NGO that relies on short, impactful video to turn local interest into real donations. Each month I need 1–2 shoot days in and around Mulund or Nashik, capturing authentic moments and shaping them into social-first reels that drive fundraising, not just vanity metrics. You’ll own the full workflow: pre-planning, on-site filming, crisp edits, captions, music and platform-ready exports in vertical format. The audience is our local community, so the style must feel familiar, genuine and action-oriented. Strong storytelling instincts, a knack for attention-grabbing hooks and proof your past content has performed are essential. Monthly deliverables Raw footage from the shoot 4–5 finished reels (30–60 s) optimised for Instagram/Facebook One horizontal cut for presentations or YouTube Bring your own camera(if you have good phone that also works), and be comfortable shooting at community events, field visits and small indoor setups. Send over a portfolio or links to recent high-engagement videos along with your usual turnaround time. Once I see the right creative fit, we’ll lock in dates and start raising funds together.
