Creating a design&media para-learning resource centre with book-reading, film critiquing, tour and travels, has lead us to initiate Instagram handles and programs over the course of last year. The company now requires someone to look after the company's diverse collaborative pages while;
1. Implement best practices for social listening, uploading, tagging, reporting, crisis communications, employee engagement on social, and optimization of channels.
2. Monitor new social tools and community building initiatives (e.g. Twitter Spaces, Instagram Reels, Short Video Apps etc) for new capabilities and functionalities to capitalize on.
3. Plan and manage the publishing calendar, social objectives, messaging, writing of posts, sourcing or creating the visual images for these posts, aligning to the overall product and marketing plan.
4. Manage day-to-day reactive and proactive communications on all key social media channels and understand the impact of content on overall customer engagement and prioritize accordingly.
