Need you to provide 6000 votes in 4 days or 6 days. 1500 votes or 1000 votes per day. Per facebook user can vote once every 24 hours, meaning you can use the same account to vote once every 24 hours. Any facebook account from any country will do. No need to have different IP address and no need for different user accounts.
Steps to cast a vote: Just like the page, allow the application and vote, that's all. (If you're using the same account to vote every 24 hours, only have to like once and allow application once) So this is a very simple project.
