System Requirement Document Introduction Dour business center is looking for a system that enables the staff to manage the day to day business activities in effective and automated way. System users • Tenant (Viewers) • Staff (Data entry) • Management (Reporting) • Accountant Technical Specification 1. Web based 2. In both languages Arabic and English 3. The system could be developed in phases 4. The system must be accessed online and offline 5. The system should have a CRM plug-in 6. The system should have an HR system plug-in 7. The system should have an accounting system plug-in (our system now is micro-Tec) 8. The system should have an Avaya phone and call count integrated with it 9. The system should be able to generate ( phone calls + sms + emails + updates in social media) 10. The system should be integrated with all center systems like ( attendance + doors system + printers and scanners + faxes + phones and voice mail ) 11.
