Develop Production Reporting Web Application

We need to develop a web based application that will record time used by shop floor personnel to work on and complete jobs in a manufacturing shop. The application will require an authentication step to get into the application and will then use a single main screen to process the transactions.
The application will allow the following inputs to start process:
1. Manufacturing Order Number
a. Will Load Part Id being created (grey centre box)
2. Manufacturing Order Number Step Number
a. Will load work centre based on Manufacturing Order Number step (grey centre box)
b. Will load quantity processed at the work centre previously (grey centre box)
c. Will load quantity left to process (grey centre box)
3. Crew assigned
a. Allows scan of worker badges (up to x from configuration)
4. Start Button
a. Will create start time for the current work record
The application will allow the following inputs to complete process
1. Manufacturing Order Number Number
a. Will Load Part Id being created (grey centre box)
2. Manufacturing Order Number Step Number
a. Will load work centre based on Manufacturing Order Number step (grey centre box)
b. Will load quantity process at the work centre previously (grey centre box)
c. Will load quantity left to process (grey centre box)
d. Will load crew assigned to work record
e. Will load current record start time
3. Pieces Complete
4. Pieces Scrapped
5. End of Shift Button (not shown on mock-up)
6. End of Quantity at this work centre button (not shown on mock-up)
7. Confirm & Print Labels Button
On pressing the Confirm button the application will
1. Complete x pieces at the work centre using the API
2. Assign y:yy amount of time to building those pieces using the API
3. Scrap off the number identified in the Scrap input field
4. If this is the last work centre in the job it will complete the order if the End of Quantity at this work centre button has been pressed
A senior member of our team who has expert level knowledge of the API and the database will be available to provide context regarding the process being supported and to provide any required information on the database tables that are being used.
