Hi, What is your goal for this project actually? I have used HC-SRF04 and SRF05 in 2011-2014 for my wall-traced hexapod robot. I know how it works and how to get actual data from it. But I don't know about the Matlab part. I can help you in gathering data from HC SRF04, we can use Arduino or STM32 for that. But I can't help you to plot it on Matlab.
