I have wrote code to create form to sheet to pdf.
however I now need the script wrote to code a database in google sheets, which I dont have the time to learn more in depth or expertise
so the sheet will house form responses
a 2nd sheet will allow us to adjust outcomes and update the jobs also being able to add inv numbers and a link to the forms pdf job sheet
The 2 nd sheet will have business names which we want a 3rd sheet with a script
the 3 rd sheet will have a drop down data validation cell. the cell will also allow manual entry if required.
this 3 rd sheet will pull all the jobs from that business name and list them below in a table
the table would ideally have a filter to allow quick access by date etc.
the folder holding pdfs will need to be named by each month and needs to change when a new month begins
these folders will be downloaded onto our ad drive to keep records and CLEAR GOOGLE DRIVE SPACE
We would like also a 4th Google sheet this google sheet will be used to pull all the form entry data by MONTH AND YEAR
This will allow us to download that months records and also keep for our records
I know time wise this will take approx 2 to 3 hours by a professional
so any ridiculously priced will be ignored personally we feel a fair price is £90
