Logistics Management App (Android & Web)

We have been designing an app that facilitates the management of a delivery startup (based in Amsterdam). Now it needs programming. Among the functionalities are tracking and/or management of employees (managers, delivery personnel), clients, vehicles (scooters, cars), schedules, finances and, of course, destinations, routes, deliveries, and pickups. Management and delivery personnel need to be able to access the app from a mobile device (starting with a single Android model to cut costs) and management and clients need to be able to access the app from a desktop web browser.
A lot of the wire frame/workflow has already been designed, so getting an idea of what exactly needs to be created should be easy.
Since this is a long term project with plenty of room for expansion (and consequently updates to the software), it would be interesting to explore the possibilities of long term cooperation, meaning we're open to the idea of making you a partner and shareholder of the startup. At the moment, we are serving a growing group of clients, some of which are expanding their business too, so there's definitely potential for success, and the automation that you will bring to the team will allow us to efficiently scale up our operations.
