I need to connect at least 12 temperature probes 0.1 degree accuracy to Arduino uno and then send a data string out the ethernet port of the 12 values every 60 seconds. The Arduino will be connected via local network to pc with a program developed in C# to capture this data.
The bidder must advise what temperature probe they wish to develop on. the application for the probe is to measure milk temperature.
I would also like to know if it is possible to use a POE ethernet shield to power the solution?
Also whether it would be possible to add 12 counters that count a value from flow sensors which gives a digital pulse every few ml. this would probably require 12 digital inputs.
Also to have 12 digital input push buttons which we would use to reset the counter and send the data out Ethernet port.
If the qty is a problem per Arduino uno then perhaps we could engineer the Arduino to have perhaps 3 x temperature , 3 x counters , 3 x digital push buttons?
