Notes:- 1> Vici has own iso which we can install on dedicated server its linux based. 2> vici required dedicated carrier like gsm gateway or sip trunk. 3> There are many features in vici like direct connect agents, web based agents and remote agent. Question for you. 1> Have you a dedicated server? 2> Have you a carrier like gsm gateway or sip trunk there? 3> How many agent you want to configure in server?
