VB.NET Time and Task Tracker

I need a VB.NET software which tracks my working time on the PC. Whenever I move the mouse or use the keyboard it should track the working time. If I do not move the mouse or use the keyboard for longer than 10 seconds the timer should be paused. For the case that I'm on the computer in my freetime (not working) I need to be able to turn off the software, means that the software need to have an on- and off- function. By using "ALT + L" the software should be turned on and off. In addition to this, I need to see the current working time on my screen on the right bottom corner. In the case that I'm having a call with a client, the timer should continue without having to move the mouse or using the keyboard, means that If I use "ALT + F" the timer should be forced to continue. By using "ALT + F" again the timer should continue as originally. The last point is, that I need to be able to note down the current task. For example, if I'm working on creating a website, I want to use "ALT + T" to a task description to the current working time. In the end of the day, I want to see how much time I spent for which activites.
