2 projects as a start: 1-Peace 2-Precious

Dear Sir / Madam, May Allah peace, mercy and blessing be upon you My name is fahd khalfaoui I am a business development officer on a private company called IFS / IFCG in KSA-Jeddah, I have a total of 9 years experience in the Saudi market, I am also a student in the Arab Open University and this year I am preparing my final graduation project and I intend to apply my experience in the business world in KSA on my passion and my field of 5 years of study which is IT. I have 3 Ideas for 3 different applications: 1- Social Media application (IOS, Android) a simple social media that is similar to "Twitter" in the services that provide but completely different in concept therefore an addition services will be added and some services will be gone and for the first version nothing too complex will be required. 2- Web application connected to a device it is a GPS Tracking device connected to a web application (Computer, mobile platforms) contain 2 interfaces for 2 different users each of them will receive different services in addition to the tracking. note: I am not an IT expert but I think that some of these services will require a bit advanced and a bit complex programming in order to produce a quality product and a quality services. 3- Industrial web application it is an application that serves specific department in specific companies. I believe and I am almost certain that all of my ideas will succeed greatly and at least one of them will return a great profit and probably a good public service and hopefully lots and lots and lots of charity work. The goal of this message is finding the right IT consultancy and a good programmer/s in the same time to help me finalize the concepts and prepare a clear action plan to start working and producing results as soon as possible weather through payment terms or through a partnership agreement and I need to know weather I can fund at least one of these projects by myself or I need funding to each one of them. I am very enthusiastic about the first 2 project and probably I am going to work on these 2 projects first by the above order unless you guys have a very good experience on GPS tracking projects and we can work on them simultaneously and that will be a dream coming true. Important Note: one of these projects (probably the social media because it is easier) will be also my graduation project so I need to be involved a little bit on the coding and it need to be a clean coding with clear documentation. I am intending to pay for the university project from my own money so kindly consider that I am running with a tight budget and for the tracking project I am intending to find funding, I have some contacts that surely one or two of them will gladly fund the project (some of them are just waiting for the action plan and the financial plan) if we have a clear vision and a clear plan and a clear estimation to the coast in return of percentage from the project.
