See attached files for detailed Project Scope. When bidding please review this scope to ensure it is a project you want. The script will read files on a Windows machines so take that in consideration if you develop on another platform. This should be a project a student could complete after finishing a one semester of Python programming course. I would also like to hear any comment on the portion of this that are most difficult for you. I can generate additional sample data files, as needed for testing. Please let me know any items that you want to include as imports, I would like as few imports as possible but use the ones you are comfortable with to be successful.
