Create a tic-tac-toe game using Python 3.7 (latest version) where the user takes "O" and the Computer takes "X". Computer must never lose. Must use:
- import turtle
- from turtle import *
- import time
- import random
Please do not make a menu, when I run the code on IDLE i expect it to run straight away.
