Our CRM is a bespoke piece of software built in Navision (Template = NAV 2016) - we want to rebuild:
a much reduced version of this CRM
using the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
The system integrates with our website [login to view URL] to extract sales leads, it then uses that info to:
1. write emails to a number of lenders and regulators on behalf of each of our customers (using customers signature image).
The CRM will also need to:
2. integrate with credit bureaus to update account balances on a quarterly basis and
3. build an extract file for debit order payment collection as well as
4. follow some regulated operational processes as detailed in the attached.
All the code from our existing CRM will be available, but it will need to be stripped down significantly (estimate around 70% the current code is redundant).
The CRM must be built in NAV to ensure the minimum possible new code needs to be generated, and so that we can tie back to original code if problems emerge.
This is a code rationalisation project, we are not looking for new code to be developed but we do not want any redundant code in the final CRM, ideally should be build 'from scratch' / on a clean slate, but using chunks of existing code where needed.
