Hi, as far as I understand you need a back-end script/server that will stream the content of a flash player video to the browser without the need of having the flash plugin on Client side. If that's right then I would implement the backend in Node.JS which is great for such use cases and also shouldn't have any problems with parsing the video to a native format that will stream without the need of plugins.
