Small Software Application- Design and Coding

I am looking to develop a software application that will help me organise my employees on a day to day basis. It involves creating a database to hold the employee info, creating a Employee Dashboard, and creating a Job Allocation Board. I will fill in the employee details in the database, they will appear in the dashboard, and i can drag the Employee Card from the dashboard into the Job Allocation Board. Employee cards can also be removed from the Job Allocation board by dragging the Employee Card back into the Employee Dashboard. I have attached a functionality document that will give the vendor enough information to make recommendations or tender on the project. Only serious vendors, i will also ask for a sample of how the entire system will work.
