We are seeking an experienced software developer to lead the design and build of application. This will be a telco grade implementation that will interface multiple SNMP "network devices" and store this data so that an interface to OSS systems and provide Severity based alarms and Performance Reports. We wish to use Open Source products only in a telco grade deployment model.
