Video Conferencing With Messaging!

I want a Video Conferencing solution with messaging service in it. Admin will create a conf room, set a password for that chat room. That password will be shared to the people to join the conference. While logging into the conf room , user will have to enter its user id and password. Once the entries matched user will be routed to a conf room. While in Video conferencing users can also type messages. Once user is logged in he/she will be visible to other people in the room. If no one is logged in his/her image will be shown. While logging system will first check for the permission to use web cam. If permission is given, user will be logged in into conf room.

Admin will be created in the system and then admin will create users and conf room id's. So, there will be admin and user page.
